iPhone & iPad
- Open this portal in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- If shown, switch on Open as Web App, then tap Add.
- Open the LoadUnion icon and sign in.
Android
Open this portal in Chrome, then tap its menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Complete jobs from your phone
- Open My jobs & quotes and select your job.
- Tap Photos & proof. Take a photo or choose pictures/PDFs from your device.
- Save collection evidence as POC and signed delivery evidence as POD. Add vehicle condition photos separately.
- After delivery, confirm the job is delivered. Submit your invoice when ready for office review and payment.
Your normal approval and membership requirements still apply. Uploading evidence for an assigned job remains available if your membership later expires.
An internet connection is needed to book, upload or submit. In a poor-signal area, take photos in your phone's Camera app and upload them when connected. Wait for the portal's “Saved” confirmation before closing an upload.
