Who to contact

Peter Dale International PDI Ltd, 15a Evenwood Close, Daresbury Court, WA7 1LZ operates the portal. Privacy enquiries: admin@heauniquegroup.com.

Information used

We use business and contact details, insurance and operator licence evidence, vehicle registrations, driver details and licence evidence to assess applications and manage transport work. We keep account, subscription, quote, job, invoice, POC, POD, payment bank details and activity records. Stripe handles payment card information; full card details are not stored in this portal.

Purpose and access

Information supports membership administration, transport bookings, compliance checks, payment and security. Access is limited to authorised office staff and the account holder, with job instructions released to the assigned transport partner. Hosting, email and payment providers process information to supply their services. Driver information must be supplied with appropriate authority and notice to the driver.

Retention and rights

Records are retained for operational, accounting and applicable legal requirements and then securely removed under our retention policy. Contact the privacy address to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting purposes. You may raise unresolved data protection concerns with the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies

The portal uses essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.

Optional load alerts

If you choose load alerts, we use your login email and/or alert mobile number to tell you about new and urgent jobs. Emails are sent through Microsoft 365; text messages use Twilio once connected. We retain your preferences and message status for operations. You can turn alerts off in your profile or through the unsubscribe link in a message. Account and booking notifications continue separately.

Dealer and customer accounts

We also hold customer company and invoicing details, contacts, purchase orders, accepted transport prices, mileage, job requests and approval history to arrange transport and invoice the requesting business. Approved jobs share the necessary movement details with transport partners; exact addresses, contacts and confidential vehicle instructions are released to the assigned partner. Customer billing details and customer charges are not shown to subcontractors. Customers can view their own jobs and collection/delivery evidence, but cannot view subcontractor banking details, rates or invoices. Pricing and billing snapshots are retained with the job record.
