Dealer transport pricing
Single-car pricing · GBP excluding applicable VAT · loaded, one-way road mileage.

Examples: open 90 miles = £150, open 100 miles = £200; enclosed 100 miles = £250, enclosed 150 miles = £450. All amounts plus applicable VAT. Longer-journey rates apply to the whole distance, not just miles over 100.
Multi-car jobs (2 or more cars) are priced on a case-by-case basis. Submit all vehicles together. Operations will quote one total for you to accept before the job can go live. The single-car rates above are not multiplied by the number of cars.
How submissions work
This account is for businesses buying vehicle transport from Peter Dale International PDI Ltd. Register your legal company and invoicing details, verify your email and accept this pricing matrix. The office must approve the company and each job before publication.
Prices are in GBP, excluding applicable VAT, for one vehicle travelling one way. Enter the loaded road mileage between collection and delivery. The whole-distance rate applies once the relevant threshold above is reached; it is not a charge only for the additional miles. The office checks the route and information before approval. If a change affects your price, the request is returned for you to correct and accept again.
Multi-car moves: submit each vehicle in one request when the cars share collection and delivery locations and date windows. Multi-car jobs are priced case by case. Operations sends a total quote excluding applicable VAT; you must explicitly accept that quote in the portal before operations can publish. Declining a quote leaves the job unpublished. Editing the request or receiving a replacement quote cancels earlier acceptance and requires a new decision. Sending a request or opening a quote link does not accept a price.
Quote requests and submissions are subject to office approval and transport availability. Publication does not mean a transport partner has been assigned. Check the job's transport status for booking and delivery progress. Provide accurate vehicle, site, contact, date and purchase-order information. Put registrations and VINs in the vehicle fields and other confidential details in the private instructions field.
Each request records the company invoice details. Accepted prices and acceptance dates are retained with the pricing matrix or quote history. Changes to your company profile do not rewrite existing job records. Contact operations about amendments or cancellation after approval.
Customer payment terms and any credit arrangements are agreed separately in writing with the office. The seven-day subcontractor payment terms are not customer credit terms. Registering this customer account does not start a subcontractor membership or charge a subscription. The portal does not automatically debit your bank account for customer jobs.
